DAE BREW CO. started in a HDB kitchen in 2026 with one question: why does good cold brew cost $12 a bottle when you could brew it properly at home for a fraction of the price?

We steep for 48 hours minimum. We use 100% single-origin Arabica. We brew in small batches three times a week so every bottle reaches you at peak freshness — never sitting in a warehouse.

Each 250ml bottle delivers the equivalent of two full cups of coffee. No sugar needed. No milk required. No preservatives. Just pure, clean cold brew with a 30-day fridge life.

“DAE” — 大 — means “great” in Korean. That's the only standard we work to.
